EG-PRELUDE

Everlasting Gold - Prelude (EG-Prelude) is created as a request to many members who would like to join the main program but for some reason or other, could not afford the entry cost.

As such, EG-Prelude serves 2 purposes.

EG-Prelude acts as a feeder program to encourage and assist interested member to raise the funds for entry into Everlasting Gold Main Program (EG Main).

EG-Prelude also serves as a strong game to help participants built up their egold account as EG-Prelude has one of the highest, if not the highest payout payout percentage relative to the amount collected.

All in all, EG-Prelude will allow the participants to have sufficient egold to participate in EG Main AND at the same time, built up their egold accounts.

Concept

EG-Prelude consists of 3 different boards based on an Improvised 1-2-4 mini matrix. All boards work on the same principles. An Improvised 1-2-4 matrix, although will earn slightly less than a 1-2-4 matrix, will allow the participant to earn faster returns.

In an Improvised 1-2-4 matrix, generally funds (maximum 50%) from ALL participants (A), (B), (1), (2), (3) & (4) will be used to pay participant (U).

Thereafter, (U) will complete it's matrix and will be out. (A) and (B) will have their own matrices, all with the same concept.

Future participants will filled up matrix of (A) and (B) and the system continues.

To have a system of fairness, participants without referrers will be placed on a first come - first serve basis. Participants with referrers will go to the referrer's matrix.

This system will allow the participants to have sufficient egold to participate in EG Main AND built up their egold accounts.

Board One

Entry Cost :	$5.00 per unit.
Admin Fee :	$1.00 per unit.
Returns :	a. No referrer - $1.75 per unit. Total amount earned will be $10.50 upon completion of cycle (210%).
	a. 01 referrer - $2.00 per unit. Total amount earned will be $12.00 upon completion of cycle (240%).
	a. 02 referrer - $2.50 per unit. Total amount earned will be $15.00 upon completion of cycle (300%).
Referrer Bonus	$0.50 for every unit using your referrer ID whether you are in the program or not.

Board Two

Entry Cost :	$10.00 per unit.
Admin Fee :	$2.00 per unit. (Waived if upgraded within 24 hours on completing Board One.
Returns :	a. No referrer - $3.50 per unit. Total amount earned will be $21.00 upon completion of cycle (210%).
	a. 01 referrer - $4.00 per unit. Total amount earned will be $24.00 upon completion of cycle (240%).
	a. 02 referrer - $5.00 per unit. Total amount earned will be $30.00 upon completion of cycle (300%).
Referrer Bonus	$1.00 for every unit using your referrer ID. No referrer bonus payable for upgraded units.
Board Three
Entry Cost :	$20.00 per unit.
Admin Fee :	$4.00 per unit. (Waived if upgraded within 24 hours on completing Board One.
Returns :	a. No referrer - $7.00 per unit. Total amount earned will be $42.00 upon completion of cycle (210%).
	a. 01 referrer - $8.00 per unit. Total amount earned will be $48.00 upon completion of cycle (240%).
	a. 02 referrer - $10.00 per unit. Total amount earned will be $60.00 upon completion of cycle (300%).
Referrer Bonus	$2.00 for every unit using your referrer ID. No referrer bous payable for upgraded units.

Payment Of Bonuses

EG-Prelude will not wait until a participant's matrix is completed before payouts are done.

Instead, whenever there is a unit in a participant's matrix, EG-Prelude will pay the participant within 24 hours. Therefore, the participant may receive payments with the following messages in the memo field "1 of 6", "2 & 3 of 6", etc.

EG-Prelude will pay the participant based on "real time" of the number of referrals.

For example, if the participant joins Board One and before the participant could refer anyone, the system allocate a unit into the participant's matrix, the participant will earn $1.75. The participant will continue to earn $1.75 per unit until the participant has a referrer.

Assuming the next unit in the matrix is referred by the participant, the participant will then earn $2.00 per unit from the referred unit onwards until the matrix cycle or when the participant refers another unit, whichever is earlier.

If a participant has 2 referrers before the matrix is completed, the participant will received all back payments for a total of 300%.

All referrer bonuses will be paid within 24 hours too.

The purpose of this payout system is as follows;

1. It pays referrer bonuses to whoever refers whether they participate in EG-Prelude or not. This is a fair system as referrer bonuses should be paid to the referrer.

2. It pays participants a fair and higher rate of return if they have more referrals.

3. It allows the participants to "profit" (admin fee waived) if they upgrade into another board.

Upgrading To EG Main Program

Participants from Board Three who upgraded to EG Main Program within 24 hours on completing their matrix do not need to pay the $10 registration fee.

Prelude Fund

EG-Prelude will create a Prelude Fund (PF) with an initial $60 (10 spends for Board One).

The Prelude Fund is created to assist all participants in that, every Sunday, the PF will be calculated to see how they can assist the members matrices. The PF will be used to purchase "ghost" units to fill members matrices to assist them to complete their matrices.

As a general rule, only one "ghost" unit will be allowed in a member's matrix.

"Ghost" units are actual units which will also follow the matrix cycles from Board One to Board Three. Any funds generated by these units will go back to the PF.

Terms & Conditions

1. Participants can join any or all of the boards.

2. EG Prelude advises members to participate only once in each board until their matrices are completed. Then upon completing their matrices, they can participate again.

Nonetheless, members can participate with any number of units at their own discretion.

3. Multiple units MUST be done in multiple spends which means that each spend is for one unit only.

4. Participants are required to state their email address and referrer ID in the memo field of their spends as follow; "email address/ Ref #." or "email address/ Upgrade"

5. There is no necessity to state which Board as the spend amount will indicate the respective Boards.

EG-Prelude Forum

The EG-Prelude Forum is meant for information and updates to members. Members are allowed to post in the board. Nonetheless, no postings of advertisements will be allowed.

The EG-Prelude will post information as follows;

1.	Members who have completed their respective Boards.
2.	Marketing Tips.
3.	Answers to quesries and questions on Eg-Prelude.
4.	Further information and updates on EG-Prelude.
